We sit between high-cost practices and DIY sketches: council-ready planning drawings, without paying for technical construction detail you do not need at this stage. Planning permission is decided by your local authority, and we cannot promise an outcome. Unless your written scope says otherwise, we do not provide structural calculations, Building Regulations drawings, construction drawings, engineering, party-wall advice or site supervision.

Our drawings are prepared for the planning stage and are marked NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION. We use official Ordnance Survey MasterMap data and check our work carefully before it goes to your council.

Checkout & Intake
Complete payment and upload site photos and existing plans via our secure Upload-Lift portal.
CAD Skeleton
We generate a simplified CAD "Measuring Frame" skeleton using Ordnance Survey data and your photos.
Customer Verification
You measure specified "Red Lines" on the skeleton in millimetres and return them to us.
Final Polish
Plan Pros issues the complete planning-stage drawing pack for your review. Only your written confirmation that no changes are required makes it the final approved set; submission requires separate written authority.
