Plan Pros works remotely across the UK. Your drawings are produced from a self-survey and delivered digitally, council-ready, in 7 to 10 days.

What you receive

Council-ready drawings produced in professional CAD, issued digitally so you can submit them to your local planning authority or forward them to an agent. We use official Ordnance Survey mapping data to produce location plans that meet council requirements.

How long it takes

7 to 10 days from receiving your completed self-survey. The clock starts when we have your measurements and photographs, not when you order — so the sooner that comes back, the sooner you have drawings.

Revisions

  • Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope.
  • Please send revision requests within 7 days of delivery. After that we place the project on hold pending your instruction, and will pick it up again whenever you are ready.
Two things we are always straight about. We are architectural designers and technologists, not chartered architects. And no one can guarantee a planning decision — we produce drawings that meet your council's requirements, but the decision rests with the authority.

What the drawings are for

Our drawings are produced for planning applications. They are marked not for construction — they do not contain the structural, thermal or fire-safety calculations needed for Building Regulations approval, which is a separate step with its own appointed professionals.

Accuracy

We work from the measurements you supply. Take your time over the self-survey — everything downstream depends on it being right.
